If your layout breaks when resizing or feels jumpy on load, check these 3 core settings:
1. Use Stacks, Not Absolute Framing. Stop dragging elements randomly. Wrap items in Stacks (Flexbox) so padding, spacing, and alignment stay responsive automatically.
2. Set Widths to 'Fill' or 'Fit': Avoid fixed pixel widths on parent containers. Use Fill for responsive stretch and Fit for text-wrapping containers.
3. Optimize Image Overlays: Don't use separate frame elements as background overlays. Use Framer's built-in Style → Fill property to layer dark/tinted overlays directly onto image containers for cleaner DOM rendering.
