🚀 I just launched the English version of LAND GRACE, a Framer template for real estate developers, construction companies, and architectural firms.

🌏 This version is fully localized in English — all layer names, component names, and variable names are in English, making the template easy to edit and customize for a global audience.

LAND GRACE combines a corporate site and a recruitment site in one project — company profile, projects, news, employee interviews, job listings, and application forms.

With 17 pages and 10 CMS collections, I wanted to create something that feels polished and professional while making the connection between company branding and recruitment feel natural.

The job listings page includes a three-way filter for application status, employment type, and job category. Job detail pages also automatically display employee interviews from the same category.

✨ I also built the template to be easy to extend with AI Agents, so you can add sections, explore different visual directions, and adapt it to your own company.

My goal was to create a solid foundation where corporate identity and recruitment can live together in one place.

I wanted to build something that carries the quiet confidence Japanese corporate sites need — where trust matters more than flash.

It combines a corporate site and a recruitment site in one project: company profile, projects, news, employee interviews, job listings, and entry forms.

17 pages and 10 CMS collections, wired together so visitors keep moving — from projects to testimonials, from job listings to the people behind them.

The job listings page comes with a three-way filter — status, employment type, and role — and each job detail page automatically pulls in interviews from the same department.

My goal was to make hiring and brand-building live in the same place, without running two separate sites.

✎﹏Hikari's Template Development Log.

I set out to create something substantial, with a lot of content and pages, and as a result, the finish line feels a little further away than I expected… But the Careers section is finally starting to take shape in the way I had envisioned. I think this could work well as a standalone recruitment website, too.

I want to spend plenty of time checking everything carefully once the template is complete, so it looks like this will take me through the end of this month. I had hoped to finish it last month, but here we are.

I'll be releasing the Japanese version first. All editable text, including layer names and component names, will be in Japanese. However, I also want to create a fully English version so that users outside Japan don't accidentally purchase the wrong version.

One step at a time. I'll get there!

✎﹏Hikari's Template Development Log.

This template is built around a real estate developer. It includes categories such as Office, Hotel, and Mixed-Use Developments, each with its own project detail pages. Every project also features client testimonials, and these pages are interconnected to encourage visitors to explore more of the site.

Next, I'll be working on the Careers section. There, I plan to connect job listings with employee interview pages in the same way, creating a seamless browsing experience.

Now that AI Agents are available, I'm less worried about adding a bit of complexity. As a result, this will probably become one of the most comprehensive templates I've created.

After exploring different layouts for the inner pages, I've settled on this one for now. It may still evolve as the design comes together.

The Careers and Project Detail pages will probably have their own layouts rather than follow this structure. I'll keep refining everything while looking at the balance of the site as a whole.

I'd love to do the same with the template I'm currently working on. But after translating START FRAME and while working on this new template, I've realized something: I don't always know how a site looks from the perspective of native English speakers.

So when it's time to make an English version, I may ask the community for feedback again. Some parts might even need a different structure rather than just a translation.

I think I have a good sense of how to use English naturally on Japanese websites, but creating websites for an English-speaking audience is a different skill, and I'm still learning.

In that sense, I was actually looking forward to having one of my templates reviewed. It happened to be under review when Framer announced the update that removed the review process, so I never received any feedback. That's a little disappointing, but it is what it is.

I'm really grateful to the Framer community for helping me see things from perspectives I wouldn't have noticed on my own.

Whatever I'm creating, I want to approach it sincerely—for my users, and for my own growth as well.
