A few days ago, I was showing Framer to a client. He was trying to find templates and components for his project, and every time he needed something, he'd Google it — then click through to find what he was looking for. He wasn't using Framer's built-in search at all.
That's when I realised he couldn't find search, and it had actually happened to me too when Framer 3.0 launched.
I think making the search more visible and front-and-center would make a real difference — especially for non-technical users who are still getting familiar with the platform. A small UX change like this could go a long way in turning curious visitors into potential customers.
Here's a mockup of the search added. Would love to know your thoughts on this!
