No code - just Framer’s native tools and one helpful lesson from Framer University. The text changes as you scroll, adding a more dynamic and editorial feel to the page.

The illustrations are probably the tastiest part of the whole project - especially the footer illustration. Handcrafted, custom-made, and designed to give the template its own personality.

I revisited the design, improved the structure, polished the responsive layouts, and added a few useful details for developers, freelancers, and creators who want a clean personal portfolio with a blog.
Dark, minimal, CMS powered, and built with sticky scrolling and subtle text effects.

Along the way, I completely redesigned it. Looking back, it was also one of the first websites I had ever built.
Eventually, I stopped working on it because the Framer team asked for a fundamental redesign. Instead of continuing to patch it, I decided to start over and lean into my biggest strength: vector illustration.
That’s how Picco was born.
Picco was approved almost immediately, with only a few minor revisions. The first sale came about three days later.
The whole journey took around 1 year and 2 months.
Not fast. But I kept learning and I didn’t quit.
