After months of working on it in the evenings, before work, after work, and whenever I could find a bit of free time... it's finally here. 🎉
I'm really happy to share Blissful, my free Framer template for wedding photographers.
Building this template took much longer than I originally expected. Like many side projects, it had to fit around a regular 9-5 job and everyday life. Some weeks I made great progress, and other weeks I barely had time to open Framer. But I kept coming back to it, improving little details, polishing interactions, refining the CMS, writing documentation, and making sure it was something I'd genuinely be proud to release.
As a fun little twist, I even had to rename the template right before publishing because the original name was already taken on the Marketplace. 😅 So if you were following the project before, that's why it's now called Blissful.
Blissful is a clean, minimal portfolio template built for photographers who want to showcase their work with a CMS-powered portfolio, responsive layouts, smooth animations, and an easy editing experience.

Framer AI agents vs Claude Code with Framer MCP
Running out of Framer Agent credits had one unexpected benefit... 😄
It finally pushed me to try Claude Code with Framer MCP.
My first impression?
The built-in Framer Agents feel faster and more decisive, while Claude Code tends to think much longer before acting.
One of the first things I used it for was drafting the documentation for my upcoming Framer template. It gave me a solid structure to build on - now I'm just refining it manually.
One thing I've learned so far: smaller, focused prompts work much better than trying to do everything in one go.
Still experimenting, but I'm enjoying this workflow so far.
Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to see what would happen if I asked Framer Agent to audit my entire project in one go.
So I gave it one massive prompt and asked it to audit my entire project.
It had to: find broken links, fix inconsistent spacing, clean up text & color styles, check responsive breakpoints, rename messy layers, apply missing semantic tags and give me a summary of everything it changed.
Honestly...
It did a surprisingly good job!
The downside?
It also burned through most of my monthly credits. 😅
I guess that's the price of asking AI to do an entire project audit in one go.
New month = fresh Framer Agent credits 🎉
How do you avoid burning through them all in the first 10 minutes? 😭
Any tips or workflows you've found that help make them last?
Tried one of the examples shown during the Framer Agents launch on my own project.
Prompt:
"Create a style guide in a new design page. Use existing color and text styles."
Opus generated a complete style guide in under 2 minutes.
Simple use case, but a pretty nice time saver. 👌🏼

And more importantly, what do you use each one for?
Framer updated the Marketplace and Community, and from what I’m seeing, the reaction has been mostly negative. But I actually have a different perspective. 👀
I think this might be one of the best times to build high-quality templates - the kind that solve real problems and aren’t just AI-generated slop.
If most templates start looking the same and competing on quantity rather than craftsmanship, people will naturally start looking for quality. They’ll look for products that feel thoughtful, polished, and built with care.
It’s a bit like furniture. If someone wants a standard desk, they’ll probably go to IKEA and that’s fine. But if they want something unique, designed around their needs and built to last, they’ll go to a craftsman. Quality has always had its place.
Of course, discoverability is a real issue right now. I’ve seen creators saying their previously successful templates have become much harder to find. That’s a valid concern.
But this update is still fresh, and personally, I don’t believe @Framer is suddenly choosing quantity over quality. Looking at how they’ve operated over the last few years, they’ve consistently listened to user feedback and shipped improvements based on what the community wanted. So I’m sure that they’ll continue refining things.
I don’t think this is the end of the template ecosystem.
If anything, I think it’s a great time to stand out. 🫡
