The Personnel Folder you saw? This was the original plan.

Every page was its own object. A photo, a grid-paper schedule, a sketch sheet, all stacked and pulled out one by one like a real case file.

It looked great, but building each page as its own interaction got messy fast, and it was hard for anyone else to customize.

So I cut it down to one index and one transparent sheet that swaps content. Fewer moving parts, same feel.

Sometimes the version you ship is the one you simplified.

Just shipped a new Framer component: Piece by Piece.

It splits an image into a tile grid and reveals it one piece at a time, each tile settling into place with a little tilt and scatter then loops into the next image the same way.

Any number of images, tons of controls for how the assembly feels.

Keepsake: a folder that behaves like one.

Hover and it lifts just enough to peek inside. Click and the contents fan out. Hover any photo and it flips to whatever you wrote on the back.

Meet Sleeve, an audio player.

Most audio embeds are a play button and a progress bar. I wanted something that felt like an object you handle, not a widget you click.

So it's built as an album cover. Hover and the vinyl slides out from behind the artwork. Hit play and the record spins. Click the spinning record and it stops, slides back into the sleeve, and settles as a still image again.

Drop in your own image and audio, and it's yours.

The part I'm quietly proud of is the stuff you don't see. It pauses when you scroll away and picks back up from the exact same spot when you scroll back, and it returns to the cover on its own when the track ends instead of spinning forever.

Just shipped: Philately — a stamp gallery that tears free when you tap it.

Most image lightboxes just fade in. I wanted something with weight something that behaves like a real object.

So this one works like an actual postage stamp. Click any image and it detaches along its perforated edge, lifts off the sheet, and floats to center while everything behind it dims. Then the title and caption reveal.

Still long way to learn framer and become an expert in it, till then I hope my learning journey is fun and I get to build useful interactions.

Clothesline Gallery turns a row of images into a hanging photo line clipped to a sagging wire, each one angled slightly like it was just pinned up. Hover over any photo and it lifts, scales up, and tilts, the way you'd actually reach out and tilt one to look closer.

Saw a 3D corner-tilt card on Framer and got hooked on the idea — hover near a corner, the card pivots around that point instead of just tracking your cursor.

Every corner of this card holds a different piece of light.

I built Vertex Tilt, a holographic hover card for Framer where each corner carries its own opacity. Hover near an edge and the card pivots around that point while the shimmer shifts with it, the same way a physical holo card catches light differently depending on how you tilt it.

Best for dark background images.

DECORATE THIS TREE.

Saw a version of this on Instagram and couldn't leave it alone, so I rebuilt it in Framer. It's a bare tree, a scattered pile of ornaments, stars, bows, and a "Merry Christmas" banner, all draggable, all free to dump wherever you want on the tree.

Drag it, decorate it, then comment a screenshot of your tree. I would love to see the vibes.

I'm trying to learn and master Framer by rebuilding random fun interactions I stumble across, this is one of them.
