I built “Uchinoko Kawaii Kara Mite”, which roughly means “Look at my baby, because she is too cute,” as a personal love letter to my newly adopted dog. She is a baby Bichon Frise, and every tiny moment, walking, eating, playing, sleeping, already feels like a story worth keeping. For the Framer hackathon, I wanted to turn that feeling into a playful scroll-based gallery site that lets people experience her cuteness like a handmade scrapbook.
The site is a storytelling gallery built around collage-style visuals. Each section captures a small chapter of her life: her first greeting, coming home, going on walks, favorite toys, meal time, and endless naps. The visual language uses torn-paper photo cutouts, handmade paper textures, hand-drawn arrows, soft scrapbook colors, and small jittery movements to make the page feel alive, like a physical collage gently moving on screen.
I used agents as creative and technical collaborators throughout the process. Codex helped me set up the environment, connect the Framer Agent workflow, plan the content structure, and process my dog and toy images into torn-paper collage assets. It also helped generate and refine supporting visual assets such as the paper background, title paper strip, and hand-drawn arrow icons.
The Framer Agent helped bring these ideas into the Framer project, making it easier to translate the collage concept into an interactive web experience. The collaboration between Codex and Framer Agent made the workflow feel like designing with an assistant that could move between concept, asset preparation, and implementation. Instead of only prompting for a final result, I could iterate step by step, approve each direction, and keep the site personal while still moving quickly.
