Any tips to scale? and also with MRR POV

You will start making more $ once you start targeting a broader offline niche that any online nomad hasn't even touched.

What does he sell? He sells Websites and AI Services...But but but to WHOM?

-Local Banks in First World Countries

Money is made in the boring niche always.
