I made a Framer template for small property agencies.
Most real estate templates are built for big listing sites. This one is for agencies with a handful of homes, where each house gets its own proper page instead of a row in a table.
It has nine CMS collections, listings you can filter by status, type, area and bedrooms, and forms for booking a viewing. Sixteen pages, and it works on phones.
Two bits of motion I'm happy with. On the home page, a photo follows your cursor as you move down the list of houses. On the property page, a line drawing of the house sweeps across its photo.
