A tall outer section sets how long the scroll lasts. A sticky viewport inside it holds at the top. A horizontal stack lives in that viewport with the cards as ordinary layers. A scroll transform slides the stack sideways as the outer section passes.
Build it as one component instead and the cards stop being layers. The buyer can no longer double click a heading or drop in their own image, which is the entire reason they bought a template.
