Leadership for Life

Leadership for Life is a leadership coaching and organizational development practice run by Floris Alberse and Lotte Huijing, with clients like ABN AMRO and KLM.

The brief: a site that feels as calm and grounded as their work, and that speaks to both individual leaders and organizations.

My approach: I audited their message page by page with the StoryBrand framework, then designed in Framer with natural photography, soft organic shapes and a classic serif. A CMS knowledge base with articles and interviews gives Floris and Lotte a place to share their thinking.

The result: a site that sounds like them, with two clear routes: 1-on-1 coaching and in-company programs.
