Lichtruf

Lichtruf is a family business founded in 1972 that plans, installs and maintains nurse call systems to DIN VDE 0834 for hospitals and care facilities. Instead of a classic homepage we built the start page as a set of buttons, each leading straight to one task. Visitors can report a fault, request maintenance, send an enquiry, call or write an email, and each request has its own short form with the fields the team needs. A product gallery lists every component with its article number, which makes support requests faster to handle. The site now works as a direct service point.
