NextPlay Jobs helps companies hire the right person in 30 days, drawing on 15 years spent inside LinkedIn building the tools recruiters use. Their Squarespace site didn't communicate that edge, and it couldn't keep up with a constantly changing jobs board.

We started with a messaging framework and a tokenized Figma design system, then rebuilt the site in Framer. It has a homepage led by the new message, seven function pages from Finance to Legal, team and open-roles pages, and a simple contact flow. We mapped every old URL for a clean migration. We also built an automation that syncs their LinkedIn job postings into the Framer CMS and republishes the site, so open roles stay current without anyone opening the editor.
