Website for National School Services, a UK company that helps schools and trusts find and train staff. The brief was a multi-page site covering their programmes, teacher training routes, recruitment and leadership work, with clear ways for schools and candidates to get in touch. I gave each service its own hub page with sub-pages, so each one can be found in search on its own. Programmes and staff profiles sit in the CMS, and five enquiry forms feed straight into Google Sheets. On mobile it scores 100 in Google Lighthouse for performance, best practices and SEO. After the client sent an email to their list in September, they reported 12 meeting requests in the first hour (client-reported).
