PT. Mitra Lintas Nusantara has been in business since 2003, offering sea freight forwarding and inter-island land freight across Indonesia. After 23 years, their operations were solid and their prices competitive, but their website didn’t show it. The outdated structure and dense navigation created friction for decision makers who value speed, clarity, and immediate trust. This time I handled everything end to end: UX audit, restructuring the navigation, design, and publishing the final site on Framer.
