Rezidencia Malkovská

Brief Rezidencia Malkovská is a new residential project by NEXT Investments on a hillside in Prešov, Slovakia, with views of nature. The project is at an early stage: the architectural competition, run with the Slovak Chamber of Architects, has only just selected the winning design. The developer needed a site that builds trust and interest early, explains the project and its process openly, and collects leads from future buyers before sales start.

Approach We gave the site a calm, premium feel to match the promise of “the anticipated feeling of home in an unexpected place”. Full-screen imagery and architectural visuals carry the story, and image-led value cards communicate the project’s principles: timeless architecture, modern technology and respect for the environment. A numbered milestone timeline shows the project’s progress from the first decision to the competition result and can be updated with “new” labels as the project moves forward. Repeated “I’m interested” calls to action and an email signup turn early interest into a lead list.

Result A focused one-page site that presents the development transparently from day one, keeps buyers updated as it progresses and gives the sales team a pipeline of interested buyers well ahead of launch.
