3D Framer E-Commerce & Editorial Lookbook for Slow-Fashion House

Challenge

Developed as an internal portfolio showcase by Toolshed, Velara, a Lyon-based slow-fashion house producing traceable, made-to-last garments across six European ateliers, needed a digital experience that reflected the tactile craftsmanship and permanence of its physical collection. High-end fashion brands live or die on how they present texture, material depth, and atelier heritage online. Traditional e-commerce templates flatten these details into generic product grids that fail to justify luxury price points. Furthermore, standard membership pages often look like rigid SaaS pricing tables rather than exclusive invitations to join an artisan house, diluting brand prestige.

Goal

To design and build an editorial, motion-driven Framer website featuring a 3D interactive lookbook coverflow, 360-degree product showcases, and a bespoke photographic loyalty membership portal.

The objective was to elevate digital brand perception, maximize time spent exploring the collection lookbook, replace flat e-commerce grids with 3D interactions, and increase membership program conversions.

Overview of Project Success

Toolshed transformed Velara's digital presence into a luxury editorial experience that matches the quality of its garments. The 3D coverflow gave the lookbook a memorable, tactile interaction, while the redesigned loyalty portal elevated customer engagement and brand membership conversions.
