Zettla | Real Estate Platform with Framer + Supabase

From property website to connected platform

Zettla grew from a real estate website into a product covering property discovery, accounts, bookings, alerts, and local services. Framer powers the frontend, while Supabase handles the data and application logic.

Property discovery

Buyers and renters explore listings using filters for location, price, property type, rooms, size, investment details, and delivery dates. Framer CMS keeps listing content easy to manage.

Accounts and saved properties

Supabase authentication supports sign-up, login, password recovery, profiles, and saved properties that sync across devices.

Bookings and payment plans

Custom flows cover property calls, online and onsite viewings, consultations, and service-provider appointments.

Framer connects to Supabase, n8n, and Cal.com. Payment plan requests capture the exact property and floor plan, validate submissions, and trigger follow-up.

Alerts and automation

Property alerts notify users about new listings, price changes, sold properties, and changes in availability.

Resend and n8n run email, booking, provider onboarding, and data-sync workflows.

Local services

A service-provider directory adds location and category filters, provider onboarding, and appointment bookings, expanding Zettla beyond property search.

Architecture and outcome

Framer handles UI and editable content. Supabase manages authentication, user data, bookmarks, and transactional workflows.

The result is a scalable proptech experience that keeps the flexibility of Framer without forcing backend features into its CMS.
