I did a 2 months of unpaid custom Webflow work for a creative director back in 2024

In 2025 I sent him an honest, direct message about feeling ghosted and asked for fair compensation or referrals.

He apologized, said he'd send future work my way, and in Sept 2025 explicitly asked "What would it take to completion so we can both arrive at a proper closure?" but then went quiet again.

I've sent 3 more follow-ups and it's been over 4 months with no reply since September. honestly I feel it's a pain to work with these people
