Tracking affiliate commissions — Framer support non-existing

For some reason, my Framer account isn’t properly linked to Dub, so I have no way of tracking my conversions or income.

I know I already had over $30 in commissions but this doesn’t show up anywhere. This issue hasn’t been resolved for like 1,5 months now. Initially, it took the Framer support 7 days to answer me with a non-helpful email, then another 7 days asking yet again for some more details, but not helping at all.

Then radio silence after that. Haven’t heard back in 16 days now.

I was ready to commit to Framer as my go to builder and already started a YT-channel, 2nd template is already to go, but with a non-existing support like this, I’m seriously second-guessing Framer as a reliable platform.
