Patients pick a dentist by looking at their face.
Not the services list. Not the pricing. Not how clean the layout is.
Someone is choosing a person who will put their hands in their mouth. That is a strange thing to buy, and it is bought on the same instinct we use to decide whether a stranger seems alright.
Which is why the team page is not a nice-to-have on a clinic site. It is the conversion page.
What actually belongs on a profile:
→ A real portrait, not a stock headshot
→ Years practicing, stated plainly
→ Specialization in words a patient uses
→ One line in their own voice
I gave each dentist their own CMS page for this reason. Four cards on the homepage, four full profiles behind them.
The generalizable version: when the service is delivered by a human, the human is the product. Design the page that way.
