Not because it looks good. Because it forced me
to think like a brand strategist before I even opened Figma.
CAPSE is an AI voice agent platform for businesses. The real problem wasn't design. It was trust.
How do you get a company to hand over millions of customer calls to an AI voice?
So before touching Framer, I sat with ton of questions:
How should this brand feel?
What story makes people actually believe it?
What should the design do to back that story up?
What's the one thing standing between this brand and a "yes"?
Who actually makes this decision, and what would
make them stop scrolling and pay attention?
What does someone need to see, feel, or read right before they click "Talk to us"?
These questions shaped everything the tone of the copy, the case studies, even the single yellow accent on a full black background.
End result: a website that's not trying to look impressive. It's trying to earn trust, one section at a time.
That's the real lesson here the difference between just making a website, and using a website to build a brand.
