Forty templates later, I realized something I hadn't thought about when I started.
Building websites and managing a growing template catalog are two completely different challenges.
Carrd was built for the first one.
For the second, I eventually needed a CMS.
That's why the marketplace now runs on Framer.
But every template in it is still built with Carrd.
