Day 13 of building Flow — my UI/UX design project 🚀
Today, I created more screens and started turning the account creation flow into a structured experience. I added a progress bar with “1 of 5” so users always know where they are and how much is left. I also added footnotes above the CTA to make it clear what they’re agreeing to or what will happen when they continue.
Before asking for any information, I created an overview screen that gives users a roadmap. Instead of a long, confusing verification process where information appears randomly, I divided it into 3 clear stages: Personal Information → Business Information → Video KYC, with smaller steps underneath each. This gives the account creation process a clear beginning, structure, and direction. A small “Takes about 5 minutes” message helps set a realistic time expectation.
I also designed the flow to support Save & Continue, so users can leave and come back without starting over. The overview uses different visual states to show whether information is pending, completed, or needs attention.
I also created a dedicated document overview for Video KYC, so even first-time users know exactly what they need without having to search elsewhere.
The goal is simple: make a process that usually feels endless feel structured, predictable, and easy to follow.
