small UX details make a huge difference.
Today I came across a form where I edited the template price and details, but there was no Save button anywhere.
When I clicked outside the popup, I got the message:
"Do you want to discard your changes?"
Discard what? There wasn't even a way to save them.
As a user, this is frustrating. As a paying customer, it's even worse.
A simple, visible Save CTA could eliminate confusion and prevent users from feeling like their work might be lost.
