CRT Slice Glitch

A bad CRT signal, applied to your text and nothing else. Horizontal tears slice the glyphs sideways, red and cyan fringes split at the edges, and a soft phosphor glow hums behind it. Scanlines and vertical-hold jumps sell the broken-tube look.

• Type a headline, or drop any layer into the content slot

• Trigger: bursts, always on, or on hover

• Tears, shift, speed, glow and glow color controls

• RGB fringe, scanlines and V-hold jump, each on or off

• Text, font, size, color and alignment

• Single code component, no dependencies

• Respects reduced motion, and the effect is a still on canvas and export
