Ease Scroll Carousel

An interactive card carousel where one card sits expanded and the rest collapse into vertical pills. Click any pill and it expands into the wide slot, pushing the previously active card back into a pill — the swap runs on a spring with a subtle 3D perspective shift, so cards read as rotating into and out of depth rather than just changing width.

Holds three to five cards. Each card takes a heading, a description, a background image, and an optional link that fires on the expanded card.

Fully responsive — set the container width and the row scales with it. Respects prefers-reduced-motion (falls back to a plain width transition, no perspective).
