Eye Follow Navbar is a floating Framer navigation bar with a little personality: animated eyes in the center follow the cursor, glance toward hovered links and the CTA, react to scrolling, blink, wink and grow sleepy when the page is idle. The pill-shaped header keeps the logo, links and CTA balanced; on phones it becomes a compact menu with an expanding drawer.
What you can customize
Edit logo text and destination, three navigation links, CTA label and link, with individual new-tab settings. Adjust the background, text, hover and button colors, plus the eye white and pupil color. Shape the eyes with controls for roundness, highlights, look range, blinking, winking, scroll reactions, idle sleep and wake-up motion. The responsive navbar uses editable native Framer variants, with an SVG code component for the expressive eyes.
