About

Paper Crumple Form is a free Framer contact form that turns sending a message into a playful paper animation. After a successful submission, the form crumples into a paper ball and unfolds into a thank-you receipt. An optional return flight brings the paper back before it opens.

The form includes name, email and message fields, with a subtle folding effect on hover. Native submission states keep the interaction connected to the form’s response.

What you can customize

Make the form feel at home on your website. Adjust the paper, field, text and button colors, edit the title and button label, and shape the layout with padding, spacing, rounded corners and shadows.

Set the crumple duration, hover fold and flight timing, or turn the return flight off. Personalize the thank-you title and message, receipt color, typography sizes and visible folds. Desktop, Tablet and Phone variants are included, and native layers can be edited further in Framer.

For real submissions, configure the native form’s Send To destination and keep Demo Mode off. Demo Mode lets you preview the sequence without sending a message.
