Motion Submit Button is a free Framer contact form with an animated submission sequence. The form folds into an envelope, receives a wax seal and slides into an opening mailbox before a softly animated thank-you message appears. Choose Message, Message + Email, Contact or Full Contact, with an optional phone field in the full version.
What you can customize
Edit native form fields, placeholders, required settings, button labels and colors. Adjust animation duration, scene size, mailbox color and seal size, or replace the wax seal with your own artwork. Flexible desktop, tablet and phone layouts include hover feedback, native validation, keyboard focus and reduced-motion support.
Built with native Framer elements plus a code override and animation component, including pending, success and error states. For live submissions, configure the form’s Send To destination and turn off Demo Mode.
