Parapet

Parapet is a quiet, drawing-sheet style website for architecture practices. Hairline rules, small mono labels with sheet numbers, light headlines and plenty of white space let the buildings do the talking. Every image is a clay-model render made for this template, so there are no stock photos to replace before you can see how it looks.

Inside: an interactive 3D model viewer on the Home page. Visitors drag to turn the building, cut a section through it, explode the floors apart and move the sun from morning to evening, then switch between clay and line drawing. Three models are built in, or upload your own .glb file. Project pages add a before / after slider that works with drag, click and keyboard, and it hides itself when a project has no before and after images.

9 pages: Home, Projects with type filters and a list or grid view, project pages with facts, text, renders and drawings, Practice, Services with five stages, News, Contact and a custom 404, fully responsive on desktop, tablet and phone. Uses only 2 CMS collections (Projects and News), so it works on the Framer Basic plan. Colors (10 styles) and text styles are set in one place. SEO-ready: every page has its own title and description, and project and news pages take theirs from each CMS entry.
