Ballast is a website template for executive, leadership and career coaches, built for designers making sites for clients.

Most coaching templates sell energy: big smiles, gradients, "unlock your potential". Ballast reads like a serious business magazine: a large serif, a strict grid, black-and-white photography and one dark red for actions. It is made for coaches whose clients are founders and senior leaders, and who sell a programme rather than a session.
