About Counsel Solicitors
Counsel Solicitors is a website template for small high-street law firms: conveyancing, wills, probate, family and employment work for individuals. It's light and serious, with a published price list and a clear way to get in touch.
Services run from the CMS, and each one gets its own page with the fee, typical timescale, who handles it, what's included and how it works. Fees live in a second collection and fill the price tables, shown with and without VAT, as UK firms publish for conveyancing and probate. People are a third collection, with photo, role, areas and a short bio.
The enquiry form asks for the area of law, a short description, contact details, how and when to reply and how they heard about you. The submit button has loading, success and error states.
The "Open now" badge reads your office hours in your time zone and shows "Open now · until 5:30pm" or the next opening time. It updates every minute.
Pages: Home, Services, a service detail page, Fees, People, Contact, Licenses and 404. The footer has a regulatory block with clear placeholders for your SRA number, company details and SRA digital badge. Every page has its own search title and description, laid out for desktop, tablet and phone.
Getting started:
Change the colours in Assets → Colors (all named Counsel/...) and the fonts in Assets → Text Styles.
Replace the services, fees and people in CMS → Services, Fees and People.
Set your office hours on the "Open now" badges, on the contact page and in the footer.
Open the form on /contact and choose where enquiries go.
Replace the SRA number, company details and badge placeholder in the footer.
Swap the photos for your own and check the map address on /contact.
