Sunplot

Sunplot is a website template for selling homes that aren't built yet: boutique developments, residences, villas and terraced houses. Off-plan buyers can't stand on the terrace, so the site shows them the light instead.

The hero is a pinned photograph of the site. As visitors scroll, the sun sets over it: shade rises up the hillside, the mountain turns apricot and the street lights come on one by one, with a clock showing the real time of sunset. Further down, a 3D model of the development lets people scroll through a day and see how many hours of sun reach each terrace in winter and summer. Click a house to open its page.

Calm and architectural: tall condensed capitals, chalk and deep green with an apricot accent.
