About Thistledown

Thistledown is a complete Framer website for a wedding venue. The argument is the page a visitor lands on before reading a sentence: every Friday, Saturday and Sunday left in the year, and what each one costs, with no enquiry form between a couple and the number.

Twelve months run across the home page as a priced grid, each carrying a season band and two fees. On the live defaults, May is Peak at $8,200 for a Saturday and $5,700 for a Friday or Sunday, January is Quiet at $3,800 and $2,650, and a "dates left" count sits under every month, down to "Fully booked" in July.

A second instrument lives on its own page: a guest-cost calculator that separates the average a couple is quoted from the marginal cost of the next guest. On the shipped defaults, 80 guests average $140.00 a head for $11,200 total, guest 81 adds only $85.00, and under 59 guests the minimum stays flat at $5,000 no matter how many seats are cut.

Fourteen pages and five CMS collections: twelve priced months, five hireable spaces with seated and standing counts, six real weddings with their guest numbers, three packages from dry hire to a full weekend, and eight questions answered without a phone call. Set in a bespoke display serif over a plain grotesk body, with tabular figures so the date grid's columns line up on their own. Twelve colour tokens, each with a distinct dark value, no card or shadow anywhere but the platform's own badge.

The venue, its spaces, its six weddings and its prices are fictional.
