About Vitrina
Vitrina is a portfolio template for people who shoot, cut or grade music videos. The home page is the reel itself: your pieces hang on a curved rail, each card plays its clip, and the piece in front sits large under the rail with its artist, label, year, role and look.
The reel
A curved rail that glides on the wheel, trackpad and drag, steps with the arrow keys, and loops.
Hover a card to play its clip; move the pointer to shift temperature and exposure live.
Each piece carries a look (Tungsten, Sodium, Kodak 250, Magenta hour and more).
On phones the rail becomes a swipe reel, one piece at a time.
Pages
Home: the reel.
Piece: a CMS page per piece with its clip, note, credits and previous / next links.
House (/info): services and a CMS credits list.
Desk (/contact): a mail link and your channels.
404 in the same monitor style.
House and Desk also open as an overlay from the nav on any page.
Built to be edited
Pieces live in a CMS collection that drives the Piece pages and House credits.
The reel is a code component with grouped controls: fonts, colours, card size, curve, depth, glide and grade.
Four colour styles and five text styles, in Bricolage Grotesque and Martian Mono.
An editor-only Getting started page.
Good to know
Pieces are entered twice: in the CMS and in the reel's Pieces list, because the code component can't read the CMS.
Live grading by pointer is a desktop feature.
Demo clips are from Pexels (two show third-party marks) and the credits are invented. Replace them with your own work.
