If your agency has projects lined up for the end of the year, save the date: October 23....
Apta Agency
The creative team behind growing agencies. Everything your agency needs to look and move like a bigger operation.
"How would you describe working with Apta in one short sentence?"
Marcus Fung, Executive Producer at Workshop Film Company, answered without thinking twice.
When a design studio trusts you with its own website, it means a lot.
After a long time of working together, Huck Finch asked us to design theirs. They knew our work and gave us room to explore: the bolder, more unexpected and more creative, the better.
In 14 business days, we developed the visual direction, page layouts and design system in Figma.
Bold typography, retro TV textures, pixel stickers and playful details brought their personality onto the screen, with their team handling the Webflow development.
A new website, built on years of trust.

We made Writ, a Framer template for law firms.
Most firm sites end in a generic contact form. Writ ends in a five-step intake: area, urgency, office, what to bring, contact. Each request goes to the right lawyer in the right office, and the options come straight from the CMS.
22 pages, five CMS collections (practice areas, attorneys, offices, results, insights), desktop, tablet and phone layouts.

Website design, development and CMS, all in eight weeks.
We took Workshop’s existing brand identity and translated it into a website that puts their films and talent front and center.
Working closely with their team, we designed every page and responsive layout in Figma, then built the site in Framer with interactive film previews, custom video controls and portfolios for directors and photographers.

How do you build a website for a film production company in Vancouver, from Brazil, in eight weeks?
Everything happened in one Figma file, designed on auto layout from the very first frame. Three to four rounds later, the design was ready to build, and since the structure was already there, the Framer build took 17 days.
We wrote the whole process down, plus the four decisions that shaped the site 👉https://apta.agency/blog/blog-index/how-we-built-a-production-company-website-in-8-weeks
We're so happy to share the new website we made for Workshop Film Company in 8 weeks!
From the first call, the Workshop team made us feel like part of the crew. References dropped straight into Figma , honest feedback, plenty of laughs and ideas flying both ways.
Six years of commercials, brand films and branded docs finally have a home that moves like them. Reels play as you hover, directors get their own opening titles, and the team portraits won't sit still.
Designed in Figma, built in Framer, celebrated on a very loud video call between Vancouver and Brazil.
Every decision behind the site, from first reference to launch, is in the case study 👉 https://apta.agency/case-studies/workshop-film-company

One of our clients needed 70 ad video variants in a week, so we built an AI agent to do it in seven hours.
The build itself was a project. It required:
- Assembling a Claude agent connected to Remotion
- Building a knowledge base of the client's brand: brand guide, movement language, hook creation guidelines, past deliverables, briefing structure
- Teaching the agent to read the brief the way our team would- Composing hook variants adapted for each aspect ratio (1x1, 9x16, 16x9)
- Assembling endcards and outputting files named and organized for QAThe first batch still needed heavy manual editing. The second, the agent assembled alone.
The third came out fully stitched (hook, body, CTA, disclaimer) needing only a review pass before shipping.
Each iteration meant testing what the agent got wrong, adjusting the skills, refining the knowledge base, and rerunning until the output matched the standard our team would ship.
When we sent the batch, the client feedback was: "The revised videos look great. We'll start using them immediately."
To show what this workflow can do, the video in this post was produced by this exact system.

A visual system for Vrdnt, a coworking that made plants the design brief.
The brand had to move away from the concrete-and-gray default the category has settled into. Every design decision, from the palette to the imagery to the typography, leaned into something coworking usually avoids: nature.
Plants inside every frame, organic tones, layouts that breathe instead of grid to grid.
Vrdnt is a modern office and micro-event center in Grandview, MO. Over 20 offices, a podcast studio, private gym, and outdoor meeting area. The kind of space people spend the day in, not an hour.

If your brand looks a little different on every deck, landing page, and post, you don't have a design problem. You have a systems problem, and it's costing you more than you think.
Every off-brand asset is rework, new campaign starts from scratch, and the more you grow, the harder the brand is to keep under control.
A brand system is what fixes that, the layer that keeps every asset on-brand as you scale.

Nothing about these four websites is the same, except the agency that built them.
- Zephyr is a wellness spa, and its site has to make you feel calm the moment you land.
- Imperium is a real estate development firm, and its site had to convey the institutional weight of 25+ years of work.
- The Hushfields is a countryside retreat in Provence, and its job is to sell the silence before you book.
- Sensedia is a global finance platform with over 100 pages of enterprise API documentation, organized for people who need to make decisions fast.
Different clients, scopes, visual systems and jobs.
Every website designed and built for exactly what it needed to do, shipped by the same agency. 👉 apta.agency

You know the site could be faster. You've noticed traffic isn't what it should be.
You keep thinking someone should really look at SEO. An audit is what makes that fixable.
Specific pages, specific fixes, in the order that actually moves the needle. Every site we ship starts with one.

Moonvine runs on two typography voices: a memorable brand system, and a quiet product interface built for a weekly report.
Forcing both jobs into a single design language would have broken them.

Apta is one of Brazil's key references in Framer.Almost every website we deliver is built in it.
Product pages, portfolios, full ecosystem builds. Framer certified us as experts, and years shipping in the tool made it our deepest specialization.
