Just wrapped up the development of Timberlot, a template for businesses that sell Amish-built structures.
Initially, I aimed to create something high-end with a lot of creativity and visual flair. But after reflecting on the actual needs of the businesses this template is designed for, I realized that a more conventional layout, straightforward CTAs, and a simple yet clean design would be the better decision.
Just shipped Verdik. A Framer template for law firms who want a site that actually looks like the caliber of work they do.
Went with a "quiet authority" direction: deep ink + warm ivory, an editorial serif paired with a clean grotesk, restrained motion. No navy-and-gold, no stock gavel photos.
Under the hood it's got real functional depth, with full Attorneys CMS with bio pages, Practice Areas CMS with process steps + FAQs and a properly built attorney-advertising disclaimer footer. 10 pages, fully responsive, free to grab.

Just published Aerie. A Framer template for single-property luxury listings.
Most real estate templates are built for brokerages: listings grids, agent directories, search filters. Aerie skips all of that. One property, one story, one CTA. Has walkthrough that moves you through the home room by room, the way an actual showing would.
Built for solo agents and boutique brokerages who want a high end listing to look like a magazine feature.

Built around a Services page that actually does the selling: clear package breakdowns, pricing comparison, testimonials, and an enquiry form, so visitors don't just browse, they convert. WCAG 2.1 AA compliant, mobile-first, fully editable and responsive with no code.
