Title: Legacy Residential: Built to Convert, Not to Demo
Tagline: An AI-agent-built homepage for a real youth-housing nonprofit, designed around one donor decision instead of eighteen sections of template filler.
What it is: A homepage redesign for Legacy Residential Homes, a Southwest Ohio nonprofit providing housing, mentorship, education, and behavioral health support to young men transitioning out of foster care or the justice system, built entirely through Framer's new canvas-native Agents.
How it was built: Rather than prompting section by section and letting the agent free-associate, I wrote one structured brief upfront: brand colors pulled directly from the client's existing logo, explicit tone and imagery rules ruling out "troubled-youth" stock-photo tropes given who the org actually serves, and a hard constraint against inventing statistics or donor quotes. I cut the page from an 18-section structure borrowed from a popular charity template kit down to 6 sections built around one donation decision, then ran the agent's audit capability as a dedicated accessibility, contrast, and responsive-breakpoint pass before calling it done.
What's different: Most "agent built my site" entries show off volume; more sections, more generated copy, more AI fingerprints. This one is a restraint exercise: every section has real organizational content behind it, or it isn't on the page. When the agent defaulted to filling gaps with plausible-sounding numbers, the brief stopped it — for a charity working with real foster youth, an invented impact stat isn't a small thing to get wrong.
