About AgentSync

Strategy, rebrand, creative direction and a Framer website for an Australian offshore talent agency.

Visit website: agentsync.com.au

Who they are:

AgentSync places trained offshore executive assistants and specialists with founders and CEOs, drawing from the top 2% of talent in the Philippines.

How we work:

Every Sparo project starts with brand and UX strategy. Before anything is designed, we work out who the business needs to reach, what those people need to see and how the brand should make them feel. The brand, the customer journey and the website are all built on that thinking.

The challenge:

AgentSync had strong results behind it, but its first brand made it look like every other offshore staffing site.

What we did:

Strategy. We ran positioning workshops to define the buyer AgentSync wants: founders who need high-level support, not everyday admin help. Every page is written for that buyer.

Customer journey. The site has two clear paths: one for founders hiring an executive assistant or specialist, and one for Jess’s speaking, media and podcast. Both lead to a strategy call, and pricing and how it works are easy to find.

Framer build. AgentSync 2.0 moved them from WordPress to a custom Framer site. It has a podcast hub with the official Apple and Spotify players, so every play still counts toward their charts.

The result:

AgentSync has seen a 270% increase in revenue, directly attributed to the website. Over the time we’ve worked together, it has grown from a launch-stage idea into a multi-million dollar business, now trusted by more than 500 businesses.
