Cadastral is an AI-powered platform for commercial real estate, helping teams automate complex workflows, simplify property operations, and work more efficiently.

For this project, I collaborated with Sprintli, who handled the visual design and creative direction. My role was to bring their vision to life through Framer development, creating a fully responsive, interactive, and production-ready website.

The main challenge was implementing complex animations and interactions while maintaining design accuracy, performance, and consistency across devices.

My Contributions

Full Framer Development Built the website with responsive layouts, reusable components, CMS collections, and a scalable structure for future updates.

Custom Animations & Interactions Implemented motion effects, interactive sections, text reveals, and coordinated transitions using Framer's native tools and custom solutions.

Custom Preloader Developed a fullscreen loading experience with animated backgrounds, a progress indicator, and synchronized hero animations triggered after loading completes.

Advanced Workflow Animations Built interactive workflow sections with connected transitions, multiple content states, and smooth animations.

Custom Code & Overrides Extended Framer's functionality with custom components and overrides for animation controls, input styling, border effects, font smoothing, and viewport behavior.

Responsive Optimization Adapted layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile, refining typography, spacing, component behavior, and interactions.

Scalable Implementation Used REM-based sizing, reusable components, and structured layouts for consistency and easier maintenance.

Final Result

A responsive Framer website combining custom functionality, carefully crafted animations, and scalable development. The project demonstrates how complex design ideas can be translated into a polished digital experience using Framer and custom code.
