Co-Brain builds AI agents for businesses that work with their own company knowledge. The platform can handle things like RFPs, contract reviews, security questionnaires, and internal knowledge questions, using existing documents and company standards to generate answers with sources.
There’s a lot happening behind the product.
Co-Brain connects to tools like SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Outlook, Teams, Slack, and other company systems. It also has different agents for different teams and use cases.
The challenge was making all of that understandable without turning the website into a technical product manual.
I wanted to make the product itself the main part of the story.
The website introduces the problem first — teams repeatedly answering the same questions, searching through old documents, and relying on generic AI that doesn't know their company.
From there, it shows how Co-Brain fits into that workflow and how the different agents actually help.
The final direction makes Co-Brain feel less like another generic AI platform and more like something built around the way a company actually works.
The idea was pretty simple:
Use your own knowledge. Automate the repetitive work. Keep your team in control.
