Coassemble

Turning training into something that fits into the work people already do

Coassemble is an API-first training platform that lets teams create courses with AI, embed learning directly into their own products and tools, and track completions through APIs and webhooks.

The Challenge

Training usually lives somewhere separate.

People have to leave the product they're using, open an LMS, find the right course, complete it, and then go back to work.

Coassemble is taking a different approach.

The challenge was making the idea of learning as infrastructure easy to understand without getting too deep into APIs, integrations, and technical details.

The Design

I wanted the learning experience itself to be the main story.

Instead of presenting Coassemble as another course builder, the website shows how training can live inside the tools people already use — a product, internal portal, Slack, or an existing LMS.

The product interface and code examples work together to show both sides of the platform: what the learner sees and what the technical team actually ships.

The Result

The final direction makes Coassemble feel less like a traditional LMS and more like the infrastructure underneath a company's learning experience.

The idea behind the design is simple:

Don't send people somewhere else to learn. Put learning where the work already happens.
