Highsail

Highsail builds an AI assistant that lets field teams in HVAC, installation and technical services report by voice, decide on the spot and handle follow-up without evening admin. Design studio Hartstikke designed the site. I built it in Framer, including all animations.

The brief: make "calm" tangible for a down-to-earth audience, on a site that moves without getting loud.

My approach: a grid-based build with a layer of micro-animations as you scroll. The heart is The Flow, a scroll-driven timeline that follows a field operator's day from arrival to sign-off, with each step appearing at the right moment along one continuous line. Around it sit an endless client logo bar, a testimonial carousel, a FAQ with smooth open animations and an onboarding timeline for the "live in 7 days" promise.

The result: a website that matches the product, with motion that supports the story instead of showing off.
