RogerHR is a 100% Swiss-made HR software (HRIS) platform used by 150+ Swiss companies.

The challenge. RogerHR’s old website ran on WordPress. The team had Figma mockups ready for the new site, and needed someone to turn them into a fast, clean Framer site without losing the search rankings built over the years. The project was both multilingual and complex in terms of architecture.

The goal. Move RogerHR from WordPress to Framer with a solid, well-organized foundation the team can update on its own, while keeping the existing SEO.

What we delivered. We built the client’s Figma mockups in Framer, and improved the design along the way. The project was handled end to end:

• a clean, well-structured Framer setup with neatly organized folders

• a French and English site with dedicated URLs

• a redirect plan that maps every old WordPress URL to the new site

The scope also included AI search readiness (llms.txt and robots.txt files) and a custom video training for the team.

Results. The team updates the site on its own, on a foundation built to last. Every old URL is redirected to protect existing search rankings. A multilingual architecture ready to support RogerHR’s growth.
