ROWEL

Overview

Rowel BV is a Belgian metal fabrication company producing custom steel, aluminum, and stainless steel structures. I rebuilt its existing Lovable layouts in Framer and extended the website with a CMS-powered project portfolio, category filtering, and a quote-request page.

Lovable to Framer

I reproduced the supplied homepage, About, and Services layouts, preserving their visual structure while adapting them for desktop, tablet, and mobile. The additional contact and portfolio pages followed the same visual direction, extending the original website with new functionality.

CMS & Project Portfolio

I structured the Framer CMS around project titles, descriptions, photographs, and categories, then connected the collection to the project listing and reusable detail pages. This lets the company publish new work without manually rebuilding page layouts.

The portfolio includes Interior and Exterior filtering, labeled Binnen and Buiten. I adapted the filtering interface across devices so visitors could browse the same categories on different screen sizes.

Project galleries needed to accommodate different numbers of photographs. I adjusted the layouts to handle entries with fewer images without leaving empty containers. I added image enlargement and previous/next navigation with Dutch labels.

Form Integration & Responsive Refinements

I tested the supplied GoHighLevel embed code and integrated the existing quote-request form into a dedicated contact page using an iframe. Connecting that page to the navigation and homepage CTA retained the external form within the Framer website.

Responsive refinements covered content overflow, footer alignment, gallery presentation, and navigation behavior, including the mobile menu on CMS pages.

Outcome

Rowel can add completed metalwork projects through the CMS, with entries appearing in the configured listing and detail pages. Visitors can filter the portfolio, inspect project photography, and access the quote-request form.
