Can someone explain the difference between Views and Unique Viewers?

I'm a bit confused by the analytics. Which metric represents the actual number of people who previewed my template?

For example, my template shows:

• 35 Views

• 16 Unique Viewers

• 465 Impressions

Does that mean 16 different people viewed the template and some of them came back multiple times, resulting in 35 total views?
