Just shipped "How It Work Timeline" on the Framer Marketplace, swap between Alternating, Stacked, and Scroll Steps from a single property control. No duplication, no extra components, no mess.

The Scroll Steps variant is the one I'm proud of: sticky media panel, crossfade between steps, a cursor-reactive glow, and a progress bar tied to section scroll (not the whole page).

Built it to be the "how it works" section I always wished I had on client projects.
