Can someone explain what's going on with submitted templates under review?

All of my templates have suddenly changed from "In Review" to "Draft." There is no option to resubmit them, and I haven't received any notifications or emails about this change.

What happened, and how can I resolve this issue?

Also, there is a Links tab missing.
