I’ve been looking at Framer 3.0 and it feels like a big step forward.
What I like most is that it’s not just “AI added to a design tool.” It feels like Framer is becoming a place where designers can design, build, test, publish and now connect with a wider community.
Agents look exciting because they can speed up the repetitive parts of building, but I still think taste, UX thinking and good design decisions matter more than ever.
Branching is also a great addition. Being able to experiment without worrying about breaking the live site is really useful, especially for client or team projects.
And I’m happy to see Framer Community becoming more central. I think it can be a great place to share not only finished websites, but also experiments, components, workflows and ideas.
Overall, Framer 3.0 makes me want to build and share more.
What are you most excited about — Agents, Branching or Community?
